Once booked, changes to your itinerary may incur an additional charge depending on availability and circumstances.  2. Cancellations and Refunds We recognize that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund when cancellations are made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled experience. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance may be subject to partial refunds or credits towards future tours, assessed on a case-by-case basis.  3.
